Here are some of the lipsticks I'll undoubtedly be wearing this season.
Nude: MAC Velvet Teddy $16
Velvet Teddy is a beigy nude shade. It has a matte finish, but it's not drying. The formula is creamy and pretty long-lasting because it is so matte. Definitely an essential nude lip that looks good on all skin tones.
Pink: MAC Brave $16
Brave is the perfect everyday shade. It's not too bright or nude, kind of like a my lips but better shade. It has a natural sheeny satin finish. Throughout the day it wears off, so it needs reapplication quite frequently, but it's not too big an issue. Brave is a must have shade.
Bold: Topshop Beguiled $13
Beguiled is a really nice deep berry shade like a nice wine-y red shade. The formula is pretty matte, but it has tiny little glitters in it that give the lipstick a subtle sheen. It is however a little drying so moisturizing is necessary before applying! Overall it's long-lasting and an all around perfect winter shade.
